This validator checks an SPF record you paste in, not the one in DNS. It parses the v=spf1 version tag and every mechanism, resolves the includes it references, and reports errors and warnings so a typo or a broken include never reaches your live domain.

How to read this result

Syntax errors: a missing v=spf1, an unknown mechanism or a stray character makes receivers ignore the whole record.
Mechanisms: each ip4, ip6, a, mx, include and redirect is listed with the senders it resolves to.
Lookup count: the record must resolve within 10 DNS lookups; the validator counts them before you publish.
The all qualifier: the record should end with -all or ~all; +all or no all mechanism authorizes everyone.
